The listed cards, on application will be accepted at the ‘concession' rates supplied by you and should be available for presentation if requested at the gate. Please circle the concession code eg: DC, HC, HC+ etc to indicate which ones are eligible to receive your concession prices (copies of international cards not available).
Pension Concession Cards are issued to people who qualify for the following:
(PCC) Pension Concession Primary Card Holder - Australian only
(PCC+) Pension Concession Primary Card Holder - Australian & International
(PCC++) Pension Concession Primary Card Holder - Australian & NZ
(PCC+++) Pension Concession Primary Card Holder Plus names listed - Australian only
All concession prices valid for one person per one card. When more than one name is on the concession card the primary card holder (the first name) is only entitled to concession rate.
Holders of a valid ‘Companion Card' are issued to people with significant, permanent disability and in order to participate at venues/actives they require assistants of a companion. The companion/carer only receives FREE OF CHARGE ENTRY as the sole purpose is assisting the disabled guest.

Health Cards - Centrelink, Commonwealth Seniors and Veteran Affairs are issued to people who qualify for the following:
(HCHCHCC) Centrelink, Commonwealth Seniors and Veteran Affairs Primary Health Card Holders - Australian only.
(HCC+++) Centrelink, Commonwealth Seniors and Veterans Affairs Primary Health Card Holders Plus names listed - Australian only
(TPI) Totally and permanently incapacitated - Australian only
A ‘Seniors card' is issued:
(SC) Seniors Card Australian only
(SC+) Seniors Card Australian & International
(SC++) Seniors Card Australian & NZ
A valid ‘Student card' is issued to students attending school full time
(ST) Full time student Australian only - MUST HAVE VALID / CURRENT DATE
(ST+) Full time student Australian & International - HAVE VALID / CURRENT DATE
Student Cards are only valid with current date on card or current date on sticker
All cards must have a valid date of 2009 or transport sticker that is supplied by you institution upon request.
