Western Plains Zoo goes Solar
In 1997 a Solar Energy Complex and kiosk was commissioned at WPZ thanks to the help of Country Energy. In 1997 this complex was the only one of it kind in NSW located in NSW. It demonstrates to visitors how solar technology is used to generate renewable energy.
